Therapy can feel like a big step - but it doesn’t have to feel overwhelming. Here’s how we begin, move gently, and walk alongside you.
Whether you reach out by email, fill out our contact form, or book directly through the Jane App
, the first step is simply letting us know you’re interested.
You don’t need a perfect plan or the “right words.”
Just say, “I think we might need support,” and we’ll take it from there, with clarity, warmth, and zero pressure.
Whether you’re a caregiver, a youth, or a young adult — this is where we get curious, move slowly, and start understanding what support could look like.
We’ll ask a few thoughtful questions - just enough to begin understanding your story, your hopes, and what support might look like. No overwhelm. No pressure. Just a chance to be heard and held with care.
This is where we begin building trust - slowly, intentionally, together.

We accept credit card, e-transfer, and direct billing through the Non-Insured Health Benefits (NIHB) Program for First Nations and Inuit clients.
Please note: While psychotherapy is not covered under OHIP, many private insurance plans offer coverage for counselling. Because every plan is different, we recommend checking with your provider directly. We do not offer direct billing to insurance, but you will receive a receipt for reimbursement.
If you don’t have coverage, receipts may be used as a medical expense when filing taxes.
