Amy Stamp is a Registered Social Worker and MSW Student Therapist who supports children, youth, and adults of all ages. With almost 20 years of experience across school, community, and youth justice settings, Amy brings warmth, compassion, and a deep understanding of the many challenges people experience throughout life.

Originally from Southern Ontario, Amy has called Northwestern Ontario home for the past 14 years. She holds a Bachelor of Social Work and is currently completing her Master of Social Work at Dalhousie University.

Amy supports clients navigating anxiety, stress, overwhelming emotions, trauma, grief and loss, relationship challenges, and life transitions. She also welcomes conversations around parenting, addictions, eating-related concerns, and developing a deeper understanding of ourselves.

Her approach is trauma-informed, strengths-based, and collaborative, with a particular interest in the connection between the mind, body, and nervous system. Amy believes meaningful change begins with genuine connection and strives to create a welcoming, nonjudgmental space where clients can show up exactly as they are. She recognizes that therapy can hold space for difficult experiences while still making room for humour, curiosity, and moments of lightness.
