Jenna Andrews is a Registered Social Worker with experience supporting youth and young adults ages 12 to 25 in both community and crisis settings. She is committed to meeting clients where they are and creating a safe, welcoming, and non-judgmental space where they feel comfortable discussing both the significant challenges and everyday moments that may require extra support.

Throughout her career, Jenna has supported youth experiencing a range of mental health and substance use concerns, emotional distress, and complex life circumstances. Her experience in crisis settings has strengthened her ability to remain calm, compassionate, and collaborative while supporting clients through difficult moments. She recognizes that seeking support can happen at any stage of a person's journey and is dedicated to helping clients feel heard, understood, and empowered.

Jenna has experience working with Indigenous youth and is committed to providing culturally responsive, respectful, and trauma-informed care that honours each client's unique identity, lived experiences, and strengths. She takes a client-centred, strengths-based approach, building meaningful therapeutic relationships that foster trust, resilience, and personal growth.

Jenna believes that every client is the expert in their own life. She works collaboratively with clients to identify their goals, build on their existing strengths, and develop practical skills to navigate life's challenges with greater confidence and well-being.
